When you first opened the box, You’ll be surprised,because you saw only one stamp instead of six. Don’t worry,It consists of two parts. I tried making cookies like this
1.preparatory ingredients ：egg white、powdered sugar and granulated sugar。
2.cut up the butter into small cubes ,then let it be soft in the indoor temperature。
3. sift the flour on standby。
4. stir with the eggbeater until slippery ,then add granulated sugar and powdered sugar in it 。
5.stir the butter until slippery, a little inflation and its color shallows .
6.add the stirred egg white into the butter in several times and each time should mix them wholly，then stir well .
7.after stirring, the butter should be slippery and delicate with a white cream frost shape 。
8.add the sifted self- raising flour。
9. Stir the flour and butter roux with the rubber squeegee and make it into smooth cookie batter
10.spread the batter in the kneading dough mat，then you can use this cookie model tool for pattern-printing
